Is this a great day or what?
For the first time since Philly went into pandemic-lockdown in March, I am going to the gym this evening for a group class. We are fortunate to have a good amount of outdoor space, so there will be a minimum of 10 feet between the exercise stations, where each of the no more than 12 people stay for the duration of the class. Can't wait.

We were outside with plenty of space between the stations. Masks are worn to the station, then put on when leaving. Weights were taken to a central spot after the workout to be disinfected. Mays also sprayed and disinfected. Not perfect, but about as good as it can get.
THe workout was great, but I can feel the four months of not doing it. Good to be back.
