I’ve long held this belief about exercise. And I’m also a workout warrior. I first heard of Peter Attia on a Joe Rogan podcast. From being a surgical oncologist to almost working for Elizabeth Holmes at Theranos, this guy had some fascinating stories. Thanks for posting.
