Hi. I just came back to A.com and am browsing around getting re-acquainted. I have something to share here: this past May I also re-acquainted myself with an activity that qualifies as exercise. It became a routine (at least every other day). It's roller skating. It had been 45 years since I last did it and though it took some careful physical acclimation, that didn't take long and I've felt both physical and mental benefits ever since. I also shot for a little social connection but that's been slow and not really necessary, though I connect with other enthusiasts on line all across the nation. I'm also exploring nutritional supplementation to help me along and make the best of it. So, I'm curious if there are any other people here who are into it.

Posted by Aeonia25850Just for a laugh! Right now I'm pushing these legs of mine hard with the weights and on the bike and am seeing good results.
