How many times a week do you work out?
My main goal to increase strength (some muscle definition would be nice too).
I exercise 3 times a week. Each session includes weight training and cardio. Weight training is good to maintain muscle mass and bone strength and cardio is good for the heart.
Jeepers creepers....funny you said that. I did it with passion in my better days and my last few years as I was slowing down, running a couple of miles every day kept me sharp. Unfortunately I am getting closer to something and cannot quite figure out what it is. Short of breath and slightly dizzy the last couple of weeks and wake up with crams on my legs. I stopped all work out two weeks ago hoping it would help but seems to make things worst. My whole body aches as if arthritis is taking over or something..... Age is starting to win the battle and diabetes is not helping my case either. If I get over this hurdle and I get back to my daily routine then you'll be the first to know. I am down right now but not defeated...not yet
3 to 4 times a week. I focus in cardio. I bike, walk, and hike when I get the chance.

Posted by Aeonia25850Just for a laugh! Right now I'm pushing these legs of mine hard with the weights and on the bike and am seeing good results.

Posted by SilviaParkI had my first triathlon in Sunday, an indoor USATri60. Lots of room for improvement, but I'm just a beginner swimmer, and haven't taken my bike on the road yet :)
