I have to listen to music even while taking a walk. My experience to improve my health is by listening to music I love.... such as this song.
This also helps me maintain a steady heartbeat and breathing pattern while walking, for instance.
There is something magical about music. I'm doing a personal study on how it effects my body with different different songs. I love sensual music when stretching. Heavy metal/k pop while sprinting and R and B while jogging. It's good you know yourself. Honestly, I've never heard this song before.
