The Friday before St Patrick's day
I ran in the Irish Soles 5k.
I finished the race and waited at the finish line for my friend who was running with her son. (His first race, 12 years old) Two women were standing in my way way. One woman says "I always wanted to run, but every time I see a woman she looks like she is in such terrible pain". They discuss a few women crossing the line and their interpretation of the women's facial expressions.
I say the women aren't in any real pain! Running releases dopamine and endorphins. They're feel good hormones, you should see a woman's face when she orgasms, sometimes you might think shes dying! " I think I may have verbally stepped on their toes.
My post race cool down in the picture!
