I wonder what gym I should join in 2020 I still been going to the same gym since April of 2014 I haven't seen any significant improvements whatsoever

Speak with a trainer. It could be your routine, not the gym.

What improvements are you seeking? It has less to do with a gym than it has to do with your own training. Strength, size, endurance, etc.?

Buy a 20 dollar set of jump ropes. That's your gym right there.

Find a CrossFit box and give it a go.
