Yep. the old "no pain, no gain" still applies. And please; let hunger be a part of your life...all animals except humans are familiar with it...check the meme, below;

@Mitch07102 Wow...you're far more disciplined than I am. I will get hungry toward the evenings....when I'm strong willed I go to bed hungry....that's rare. Kudos to you for your self discipline!
