The last sentence says it all;

The health benefits of exercise greatly outweigh the dubious benefits of antioxidant supplements. In a very real sense, exercise is an antioxidant.

The article also points out that exercise but not over-exercise, for example, ultramarathon are not a good idea. Stress to the point it becomes negative.

@Mitch07102 That, to me....is common sense. But I do know that exercise can be addictive...the endorphin "high" is real....
