I just spent 4.5 hours assembling this bad boy so I can work out while self-isolating, and boy are my arms tired- seriously! There were times I actually cried while assembling this thing because I felt unsure that I could do it by myself. The delivery company usually assembles them for customers, but because of the pandemic, they're just leaving them at people's homes. I also had to drag the huge, heavy box down the building's stairs to my garden unit apartment all by myself the other day. The company didn't tell me the delivery and assembly would be workouts in and of themselves!

I've assembled a treadmill. It was not pleasant. Congrats for getting through it without deciding to light it on fire!
