I'm hoping to do a 2 hour workout at the gym today. If my boss doesn't call me in? I will do my legs again, and some upper body workouts. I'll do my abs this time. Now that I cut the pre-workout out of my diet, my stomach doesn't get upset anymore.

@Sarahroo29 Latissimus Dorsi. Upper back muscles. It gives your upper body that 'V' taper. You work those muscles with pull-ups, pull-downs, rows.
