What excercise routines are people doing right now? I do a mix of lifting, and HIIT cardio. I like to switch it up every 3 months or so.

I had leg day on Sunday. A new routine full of squats and lunges. I was sore yesterday , and now I’m really sore today. It’s running day. Do I ignore the soreness and go anyway, or let the soreness pass first?

If you can ignore all the pictures of body builders and advertising. Some of the routines on this site are not too bad. The beginners section has some routines that are reasonable.
