Some pics of the annual Kite Festival & Competition at Treasure Island. I hope some of you had the chance to attend. Expand these photos to see things better. Lots & lots of kites! It's an annual event around the middle of January. This time the weather was beautiful. Most times it's bone-chilling cold with a brisk wind. Not a problem if you dress for it.

It depends....you gotta wear socks with your sandals and shorts...or our thin blood gets “bone-chilled”
Depends on how you dressed and how long you stay out. If you dressed for 50 and the wind chill is 35 it'll get bone-chilling pretty quick.
Damn, I forgot about that. Would have loved to go see that.
