Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I go out now some days to the park to walk between 7 and 8 am. If I remember I also go out around noon, if the sun is shining, for 5 minutes to get some vitamin D ( at least 3 times a week). Otherwise I don’t go out unless necessary.

Lol, I'm a local. My condo is literally on the beach. I just did my second day in 18 months on the beach during the day. After 4p, when the building shades me =p.

And you, a fair-skinned Irish girl! I used to tan like an Indian, but even I can't take Florida for more than a few weeks.I am only half Irish, tho my brown hair does go reddish in the sun.
