What is your perspective on the concept of 'karma'? Does it hold any weight in your worldview?

Only in the sense that Karma means doing. It is not something that "goes around" other than in that sense. Karma is doing. It does not hover someplace to come back and bite you in the ass. If you are not doing then you have no Karma.
