Its April here and the silliest weather imaginable, in Northern Ireland we seem to be on a merry go round of sun, hail ,wind, showers, gales - doh! I have made a start in the garden tidying up and planting a few seeds and wild pansies- I live in sheltered accommodation and do quite a few gardens for other people - I have a really pervasive rooting perennial broad leaved thing that was inherited it takes forever to get the roots up and it is so determined - luckily so am I and I will defeat it! My next task is to learn how to add a photo.
I thought Ireland was famous for that sort of weather! At least you don't have to worry about drought. A photo of your difficult plant would be really helpful. I don't know what machine and programmes you are using so I can't offer to help. Is there anyone else in your block who could help?
probably I will ask around thanks good idea!
Know what you mean about the stubborn perennials. I have wild Day Lily and Bluebells. Those might be called Irish Bluebells, can't recall for sure. I dig bunches of them every year but always miss enough that they come back strong the next spring. They will take over completely if they get the chance.
hard to 'like ' when talking about pervasive weeds.

Posted by JenBebersteinThis succulent was started from a cutting 2 months ago. It is outside in my container garden. It has doubled in size and sprouted 2 babies!
Posted by 19dacar52I repotted my hoya plant. I was worried that it would not flower from shock but it is blooming.
