Anyone who knows me knows that if a text is sent to me, I will not respond with more than a two letter word: "no" or "ok." Sometimes, I call back. If it is important, the person can call me. On the other hand, I don't call or text people except my cousin and my son/DIL. I will send messages to the latter on FB.

No one comes to my house except my grandkids and my son/DIL. Usually, I pick up the kids. I get a sales person on occasion and I am polite. Haven't had the JWs for years.
@Gwen_Wanderer The JWs have gotten me a few times when I'm working in my yard but I need to put my sign back up on my door. This is one of the ones I place over my doorbell.
@Lauren I'm in a semirural area and I haven't had any for years!
