You can tell a lot by the "level" of the person, too. This forum has only been around for a couple years, and yet there are a large number of level 8 and 9 folks. It takes 50,000 points to get to level 8. Holy smokes, that's an incredible amount of jibber jabber. Some folks just feel the need to weigh in on absolutely everything. Hey, more power to them, but it took me 2 years to get to level 6, and it'll take roughly 12.5 times that at my current pace to get to level 8.

Don't even get me started on those level 9 folks....I'd need about 100 years at my current pace to get there. Not even kidding. And I already feel I weigh in a lot.

Agreed. I cleaned out several groups today for that reason. If I wanted someone to lecture, criticize and tell me my opinions and ideas are stupid and wrong, I would have kept that narcissistic anus I was married to! Take heart.

It is true what you said. I notice many overkill with elaborate words making the sentence/ paragraph/essay useless to the reader because it inflates their ego but leads to no understanding.

I've found , those who have the least to say , are the loudest , and hold the speaker's mike the longest . They don't have any information to add to the topic under discussion they are indeed , just in it for the attention they think they can grab .
