So, the Kentucky Derby is tomorrow! The odds of any one horse making this race are astronomical, but unbelievably, all three of my former kids that I worked with at Lane's End, that were pointing towards the race have qualified, and are entered to run for the roses!
#6 - Vekoma - Won the Bluegrass Stakes in his last start
#13 - Code of Honor - Won the Fountain of Youth Stakes and finished 3rd in the Florida Derby
#20 - Country House (pictured as a yearling) - finished 4th in the Louisiana Derby and 3rd in the Arkansas Derby

I hope my boys are resting up and will be ready to run for the roses this afternoon! It looks like rain is in the forecast for this afternoon, a sloppy track shouldn't bother Country House, he finished 3rd at Oaklawn in the slop, but Vekoma and Code of Honor have never raced on an off track. Good Luck to them all!
