Black Currant wine is a great choice for a winter project. Do you have any problem finding good corks? The cork sources were going extinct in Colorado.

Good corks are available online. I get mine on Amazon. And a good corker is essential too.

So easy to freeze! I've never tried "drying" them. Perhaps that's an idea?

Oh, you lucky guy! Haven't seen or tasted black or red currants since I was a little girl. They went right into the rumpot Aunt Cornelia kept every year.

Beautiful! They look tasty. Do you make any Currant jam?

These will be used for making wine... it is my favorite and makes an excellent dark red wine!
