Well , after my last posting , NVDA began a wave like appreciation/depreciation . I eventually decided to try to take advantage of it , I sold off the shares I had at a reasonable profit , and waited for the price to dip again , planning to buy the shares back at a lower price . Instead they started climbing and went straight up . Within a couple of weeks they went up over $50 a share . I tried to buy my way back in , but my stock broker changed the software , and each time I attempted to make a purchase , the accounts would automatically switch to my lesser account , when I clicked on trade . Not enough funds in that account to buy the stock . I phoned the brokerage house and tried to get information on how to make it remain in my larger account (tax differences) , so I could make the purchase . No real help . By the time I worked out how to make it return to the larger account when I tried to make a purchase , the sudden rise had slowed . I did buy more stocks , but the rise hasn't been the same , since. Still making a profit , but much smaller than it had been . Oh , WOW . I don't know how long this is going to last , but the value has gone up over $6,000 today ! ! !
