Since Scottrade sold to Ameritrade , I've been using it less and less . Aside from changing everything I was familiar with down to and including my account numbers , my access to my account information , they've even made it more difficult to access my money , when I want some cold hard cash . On top of which , the office staff has been instructed they are not there to assist the customers . WOW .
At this point , I want to collect my marbles and go home !
