With Russia invading Ukraine , looks like another war , which seems to be a constant state of affairs . I understand that there are companies which make major profits investing in war materials and also in the rebuilding that comes after wars . Never tried it myself , so just hear say .

Given the current political situation not in our country, but also in the whole world, I can say with full confidence that by far the best option in terms of investment will be investing in real estate. Despite many external factors, real estate remains the most stable option in terms of investment. That is why my choice fell on her, so I draw conclusions based on my own experience. I invest with the help of the fact that I have fully studied 31 exchange rules. I advise you to do the same.

If you want a hedge in case of a crash, BRK'B (or BRK-B)

The market is growing fast, so there are many, but I have no crystal ball. I've a few shares of TSLA, UBER, FUV, and BRK'B.

I am not a professional, please do your own due diligence 🙂 If you are interested in investing outside of the stock market, you could look into "Private Equity Real Estate Funds". Like the stock market, these are not FDIC insured and carry risk. You invest in the Fund and Fund invests in multiple loans, each backed by real estate. The one I am familiar with (for Oregon investors) invests in short-term loans and currently pays about 9.5% annually. Your money is tied up for at least one year and can be withdrawn after that, but with conditions.

This article explains why a private real estate fund is better than an REIT [forbes.com]

Similar: In Oregon I also found a local company that manages private short-term real estate loans secured by individual properties (offered to private investors in Oregon only). The yield is similar and pays off within 6 months to 3 yrs usually. I don't know if that is common in other states or how you would search it.
This seems to be a similar setup, to my local find but I have no experience with them: [patchofland.com] This actually might be better, I am going to look into it myself. 🙂

Edit: Bad reviews on the Patch-of-land one. So maybe not.
