Then the news came out that it would be twelve to eighteen months before they came up with an effective vaccine , and even those dropped . If you're interested in investing , close your wallet , and hold onto your money . The prices are going to drop even more . Wait until they bottom out , before you start putting your savings into the market .

I really appreciate the input you give here. I have not invested in the stock market (to speak of). But a month or two ago my son in law said I should put a small amount into something like the S&P 500. I just set up a Roth IRA and funded it for 2019. I'll probably do that for a couple more years and that's it. Now I am just waiting to purchase anything.
