General question. Do you have a favorite Iowa food? Casey's breakfast pizza, pork tenderloin, maidrites, etc... Mine is taco pizza. I hadn't realized it (theoretically any way) began in Iowa.

they were a big thing for a bit but most are gone again.
@Donna_I like White Castles quite regional but 100 years running
@GreenAtheist lived in Ohio for five years and never ate there... not sure why.
Sweet corn boiled in butter with black pepper and those little spikes to stab in each end to eat my ears of fresh husked sweet corn
