In an effort to stay on keto-track during isolation, my honey and I just finished 5 days of what we call Egg Week. Eggs, cheese, fat (google and look around - we used Jimmy Moore's plan, he of Livin La Vida Low Carb). It was fun - and there are scads of ways to fix eggs, cheese and fat.
Picture is of souffle day - I can ask my honey for the recipe if anyone's interested. Other days we had chaffles, scrambled, egg salad, even crepes one night.
Finished our last meal tonight of the 5 days - both lost a couple of pounds, but mostly it was challenging and interesting to find new ways to fix things, plus gives you a total reset of appetite.
We're keto/low carb, mostly OMAD the rest of the time. Sometimes we'll do a Carnivore Week, regularly IF.
Looks delicious. I have been LC for 20+ years. I now eat largely animal sourced foods: meat, fish, eggs, butter, tallow, broth, salt. I consume organs with my meat, I buy it mixed into ground beef.
