Ghost pepper hot sauce! Woohoo!
I used a lot, but with the smashed eggs and mayo, the effect was negligible. As you would figure, since I was making them for only myself and not something like Thanksgiving, they turned out perfectly, with not one single peeling or cutting casualty. 19 of the original 24 survived before I got them wrapped up.
@GuyKeith yes, eggs and mayo, and even cheese tend to reduce the heat so you need to add more...
