Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.You mention your moods are like a rollercoaster. Mine were, too, until I was finally diagnosed with bipolar 1 when I was 35. Finding a great psychiatrist is really difficult, but if you manage, medication and psychotherapy with a clinical psychologist (PhD) is you best bet.
