I found a snake about this size on my driveway. They are looking for a place that is warm. Unfortunately, that is a dangerous place so I had to move it. One thing I do is put some branches in a sunny location and cover it with a black plastic bag. It is amazing how many snakes are attracted to areas like this. I also have to be careful when mowing and trimming the lawn. Snakes could be basking in harms way.

So cute! I loved cathcing baby garden snakes like that as a kid, I thought it was funny when they tried to bite me with their tiny mouths ?

As long as they are little haha!!! It is funny .. My friend found this one .. We used to go catching them too.. and little common lizards.. super fast!!!
These fella's release a poopy scent slime out their butts and play dead ! which is nice.. So this one must be a pretty confident little fella!
