Re the Higgs Boson, I recently saw a satirical article saying there is a physical barrier to its ever being found.
I hear or see only the enthused views of sci fi fans, and occasional reports of plans to add capability to the LHC. Is there evidence of the boson’s existence or are there only the claims of its existence in pop science magazines?
Funny. Actually, I understand most most physicists hate the term the "God Particle" and never use it. They don't want any theological references inserted into their work.
