I'm going to post a few instructional videos. I'm not endorsing any of them specifically.. I'm just going for clear visuals and pleasant narration. I'm still reviewing this one... but his practice looks great! He's blending two popular approaches here. There is more instruction that I would add to clarify certain aspects, and some of his instruction is toy different than how I would go at it... but it would be a lot of foot notes. His demonstration is good, so a lot of questions can be answered from careful observation.
