Coronation street - anyone?
I've only been watching it since 1979 so I have missed a few years. The standard of the writing varies quite a lot and it is currently improving after a bit of a disappointing period. The problem they need to address now is there are too many dramatic story lines all at once and this is causing a little loss of authenticity. However I should add I have LOVED it for nearly 40 years now - here's to the next 40!
I agree totally. I really missed it when I moved to Austrslia about ten years ago but we have it on Foxtel now on UK TV. We are nearly caught up now but about two weeks behind. I must say that it's got quite manic over the last few weeks with every storyline being a major drama!
What I can't work out is how Anna turned up on the street to kill Phelan. Had she been released from prison or escaped or what? I clearly missed something somewhere.
@Geoffrey51 Yes Anna turning up confused me too! Thanks for the 2 weeks behind info - I will make sure I avoid giving spoilers.
@Sandster thanks. And the business some while ago if you recall where Phelan went into Adam's office and planted the jewellery to frame Anna. Rosie was there doing something and dole with Phelan when he came in but there was nothing further on it. I was expecting Rodie to recall it at some point because she's too dally not to! Did I miss something there?
Never ever watched a single episode........I don’t know if that is a badge of honour or shame!
Probably both depending who you talk to!
