Cornwall is only in England if you want it to be. I am not English but live in England.

In the UK yeah, but not england. Cornwall has all the makings of an independent country. And if brexit keeps going, I can see the end of the UK. A united Ireland an Independant Scotland, So why the hell not let Cornwall jump this sinking ship too, Totnes is a village that has already declared independence. LOL
