No it isn't read the fine print of the law . It's only allowed if they take peer reviewed CBD oil . No peer reviewed studies have been conducted in the UK so there are none available ... It was a bullshit law passed to appease the comapaigners nothing really changed

@Simon1 It isn't really clear whom you are replying to here: me or MissKathleen. In any event, the children of the campaigners you refer to are benefitting from CBD so, in my opinion, that's a start. Nothing much ever happens without somebody campaigning for it. When they succeed it often leads to more knowledge being sought and found. Please explain where the bullshit in the law occurs.

@Red_Cat the law that was passed didn't allow anyone to have cannabis oil with thc In which was what they campaignedd for . They put in a clause saying that oil with thc in has to pass certain criteria that cannot legally be passed in this country it was a sham. The children that need are getting oil with thc in are breaking the law

@Simon1 We don't disagree, although there is an exception: the mouth spray Sativex. It contains both THC and CBD but will not be prescribed for pain relief.. This interview by the BBC: [bbc.co.uk] tells you more than I can. The consensus is that the new law does not go far enough but is a welcome step forward. It is definitely not "bullshit", as you called it.

Or perhaps you can demonstrate greater knowledge and experience than two of the leading epilepsy specialists in the UK? And I do mean demonstrate, not just cry, "Bullshit".
