I think everyone has said things of a similar nature, without actually meaning them. That is not to condone such behaviour from a person in a position where he should have known better.
He should apologise, but LBC were not being even handed, I feel.

As CLEARLY stated in the video the guest was given fifteen minutes to make his talking points before being asked about his PUBLIC statements regarding Boris. I don't think it gets any more 'even handed' than that.
