Most UU congregations offer two useful classes: Neighboring Faiths and Coming of Age for youth in 7th or 8th grade. For the former, they visit houses of worship and explore what others believe and how they practice religion. For the latter, they are mentored by an adult UU as they ponder big questions about life and faith. By the end of it, they write a personal credit statement.
My emphasis would be to give her plenty of space and freedom to find her own way. The more she knows, the more she can make an informed decision. Since you won't be trying to indoctrinate her into some religion or philosophy, she can keep an open mind. When she begins to learn the Scientific Method, studying the sciences, she will have the fuel to make a good decision.
