It has been years since I have attended a UU church. It was in Denver. What I liked most was the coffee hour, where we discussed books we were reading and I found there was no judging what particular beliefs one had. It was Dogma Free environment. I loved it. Perhaps this group is similar?
Also wow, 42 members, when i joined here it was 16 members.
All I know is that UU's love to eat and talk and that about covers it. And there is certainly no judgement in the fellowship I attend, we got all kinds.
I’m a book dragon! I usually read non-fiction; you?
Lately a combination of fiction and non-fiction (mostly history). It is getting hard to find good non-fiction in large print. Just finished Doris Goodwin's book about the relationship of Presidents Roosevelt (Teddy) and Taft. She a great writer. I can't quite get used to kindle, wanting to hold a book in my hand,
No dogma here. Welcome! Whatcha reading?
