lol You're getting everyone. This is an :"optical illusion" and "it has no diagnostic utility for measuring stress levels, nor was it created by a Japanese neurologist".
It has made the rounds of the Internet this way though. And it is fun to see if it spins or not.

It's shuddering and jerking! I can't focus enough to tell how fast it's turning from right to left or whether it's turning at all. It's stressing me out to prove I'm stressed out! It's like an acid trip without the acid. As soon as I look away it starts turning again.
