Here I am in the UK at last, these are Devon and Dartmoor. My host actually drove the MG over the 5' wide bridge shown! The other stone slab bridge is a clapper bridge, maybe pre-Roman. Plus Devon cream tea at a pottery.

Love the thatched roof. An episode in a great series (can be found on YouTube) called medieval farms shows how they are made. A lot of work and it has to be redone after a while.
Odd question,, I have been watching Father Brown (I know it's full of religious BS) and in the later episodes a young woman shows up in a red car similar to the picture. Have you any idea what it is?

@Allamanda Amazing that people still thatch roofs. I know the MGA but it's the wrong car. Looks similar from above, though. Besides British cars are supposed to be BRG (British Racing Green). lol
