If you're sending me the message
Through the winds of the soul
With that facial expressage
From our last moment of all

If you know that I am reading
And you hope I may come
To fit all the pieces of reading
Together, well I've lost some

I have lost even that part
Back where we were still talking
And you were reading my heart
Now I am only just stalking

So still and at the same time
Your picture speaks so alive
In your eyes the tower chime
And angels are giving hi five

But I just no longer believe
In churches and angels and gods
That's why I hastened to leave
Staying it seemed against odds

Forgive me for I have sinned
Not gods but merely you
I closed the doors that I shouldn't
I didn't think it all through
