Do you ever get in those moods where everything bores you? Even Music. Where nothing satisfies your soul. you feel empty and worn out. over-done. cooked. covered in this thick, heavy caramelized sauce. weighing you down. everyday is a drag off that re-fried paul mall you found in the back parking lot of a motel 6. or like that food you left out for 3 days straight and still ate, because… fuck it. fuck everything. fuck the people that try to control you. we are all going to die...
Some days my patience just wears thin.

I attribute it to April and living in the frozen Hell of Maine. Certainly, all you have to do is turn on your TV or read a news story to feel overwhelmed with the sadness of the world.
The only thing that saves me is my fabulous dog Ace, great meals with friends, playing the guitar, and the odd occasional venture into psychadellic drugs.
It's easy to forget that the world is a joyous place. Get out into nature and find it.

I was there for a while 3 or 4 years ago. Having the fuckits, I called it. I'm out of it now, most of the time.

yes, I am on anti-depressants now which does help... I have been dealing with depression for well over a decade but once the suicidal thoughts rolled in and didn't stop, I thought it was time to get on some meds... I am a lot better now... and grateful to be alive...
@M3G4N666 Good. I'm glad you're feeling better.I attempted suicide when I was 18, and was very close again a few years ago.

Whilst the sun shines and there is hope you never need to ... Remember that on a rainy day there is sun above the clouds and whilst hope burns there is light and warmth in your life. Here is hoping that the Companions of Health, Peace and Fulfilment travel with you now and throughot your life.
