I’m told by @Paddypereira that this band is considered to best represent the sound of Lisbon…and as I bow to his superior knowledge on this subject - here are Madredeus with…Alfama, which I believe is a seaside district of the city.

Yes…it was.
One of the guitarists, Pedro Ayres Magalhaes, used to play in a very good pop band called Herois do Mar, also sang in Portuguese. The original singer, Teresa Salgueiro was found in Bairro Alto - a very well known place for Fado and night life- singing Fado. Fado also means "fate". The use of classical guitar and traditional instruments like the accordion with the brilliant voice of Teresa Salgueiro makes them a reference in the Portuguese music scenario. I hope you enjoy them.

Thank you…I do really like what I’ve heard so far. I have posted Fado artists in this music group in the past..although not in recent months. I will listen to some more and post something from either this band or another solo offering again soon.
