White Lion…a Danish/American Glam Rock band was formed in NYC in 1983 by Danish vocalist/guitarist Mike Tramp and Italian/American guitarist Vito Bratta. They had some success in the 80s, but splt up in 1992. They had a few hits, best known ones Wait and this one - When The Children Cry - live acoustic in Indonesia from Mike Tramp after the split.
