In Norway a few a years ago they had a very good TV show called Hver Gang Vi Motes - (Every Time We Meet) - where a group of well known musicians and singers meet over a meal and each one selects a song made famous by one of the others to perform for the group. The one I’ve chosen here is Kurt Nilsen choosing Anita Skorgan’s hit song Adieu. I just love to see the reactions from the others especially in this case Anita to hearing their songs reinterpreted and sung in tribute. Sometimes I think they sound better than the originals….Kurt certainly does this song justice….
