Been meaning to initially post in this group ! I've been alcohol free for 11+ years ,
Smoke free for almost 10 Years ,
& now Caffeine free for 6 months , tieing my previous record from years ago , by finally staying away from chocolate , & green tea .
That is a lot of denial of the self. out of my league that's for sure
Congratulations on your achievements. That is great!! I recently gave up pop 6 weeks strong and am using lemon water and Sparkling Ice to still give myself something yummy to drink. I gave up smoking 9 years ago as a promise to my son. Pop/soda has been just as difficult if not more for me than when I quit smoking.
I've recently cut right back on alcohol (I wasn't alcoholic, but decided it would be a good thing to do) and have replaced it with copious quantities of sugar-free lemonade - so I'm one step behind you! I gave up smoking five years ago, and I'm so glad I did: my asthma has been much better ever since.
When I started drinking carrot juice for my eyes , it helped . I haven't had pop in years . I just quit drinking pop .
I need caffeine to survive. I've never liked alcohol. It has been 2 years with no alcohol. 6 years without weed.

How do you go with peppermint tea @Douglas?
If it doesn't have caffeine , I like mint , even patchoulli

Ya , it has caffeine . Not knowing that ruined an attempt to be so .
Well, compared to what you posted, I feel like a complete drug addict for my need of coffee and chocolate! But good job none-the-less!
I take a lot of supplements , so don't feel like an addict .
