This statement was taken from a creationist site. Of course it is a blatant lie because it is a well known fact that homo sapiens were reduced to a very small number during a glacial period and modern humans evolved from those people.
It annoys me that they get away with spouting rubbish like this and dumb people believe it.

People want to be right, but they also do not want to put in the work to make themselves right, they would rather be told what is right, accept that is right and live as if it must be.

A good point. Apparently only 20% of the people in my country are Christains but half of them seem to reside in the village I live in so I have to socialise with them but of course anything relating to religion is a taboo subject
