Solution: Don't pay these guys anything. Let them play for fun in their free time. Don't charge anybody to watch.

but don't you reckon that the acting skills deserve some kind of monetary reward?
@walklightly I don't think their acting is terribly convincing.
I loved the backhanded punch to the face described as a Mike Tyson blow - in actuality the guy hit pulled the others arms back and up to hit himself in the face.
Role modelling was mentioned and unfortunately this is the behaviour that many impressionable minds are soaking up in order to emulate.

That's an edit of a lot of the play acting that goes on when trying to get a free kick. These are highly paid sportsmen cheating. Marvellous vaudeville knockabout though! The football is still going. The group phase has finished and we are now onto the knockout stage. 16 in this stage, then qtr finals and so on, NOt sure when the final is but around 14 July I think
