Well IamHappy to report I got the first few chapters on book one done and gotta say, it has paid off that I have watched HBO series over and over to capture every detail. The book description of details is awesome and now I can keep up with the pace putting faces to each character. A lot of them have been mentioned out of the blue and I doubt I would've known much if I hadn't watched the DVDs first. A very pleasant experience so far, very happy with book one so far.
Just wish he would hurry up and finish Winds of Winter.
IamNot in a hurry to get the sixth book right now, the first five will keep me busy for a while

Posted by ReignmondI read this back in 2018. Absolutely loved it. It is an oddly small sized book, so it is good to travel with. [amazon.com]
