As a left-handed person, no one could teach me to knit or crochet.

Don’t give up. I have friends who are left handed and knit/crochet beautifully.
It is difficult but can be learned.
I am a lefty and taught myself. There are no real help, instructions like “hold this book up to a mirror “.
My wife was in end stage breast cancer and wanted to knit, so we did it together.
Both my mom and I were ( are) lefthanded. I have knitted all my life until the nerve damage of diabetes took my ability to hold needles away. Have you tried to knit the German way ( yarn running over the fingers in the left hand) I think the Dutch speed knitter must be knitting that way? It is much faster than the"throw the yarn over the needle "method.
