In the second half, Max talks to Egon von Greyerz of GoldSwitzerland.com about the decade of fantasy which has just passed and whether or not that illusion will be shattered in the decade ahead. As stock markets continue hitting all-time highs almost daily, they wonder how long markets can stay irrationally pumped up by the Fed.
